Depressing basement, at the bottom of a 5-story deserted house! Lack of hot water, broken furniture, uncomfortable kitchen, windows that cannot be opened, no ventilation, moldy walls.
Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, not in the common room!
Based on the pictures in the ad, you expect more!
I recommend it only to those who value the proximity of the sea more than anything else!
